⠊Present simple এবং past simple negtive ও question form-এ infinitive form ব্যবহৃত হয়।

⠊কোনোকিছু করার উদ্দেশ্য ব্যক্ত করতে আমরা infinitive (with to) ব্যবহার করে থাকি।
We use infinitive (with to) to express the purpose of doing something.
Exm: We eat to live.
He worked hard to pass the exam.
We earn money to buy things.
⠊Modal verb এর পর verb এর infinitive form ব্যবহৃত হয়।
The modal verb is followed by the infinitive form of the verb.
Exm: You mast do it again.
She can play the piano.
⠊Help/hear/listen to/see/watch etc+object-এর পরও আমরা infinitive (without to) ব্যবহার করে থাকি।
Help / hear / listen to / see / watch etc + object We still use infinitive (without to).
Exm: He helped me do it.
I saw the man cross the road.
We heard him sing a song.
⠊অতীতে কোনোকিছু নিয়মিত হত বলতে used to-এর পর আমরা infinitive ব্যবহার করে থাকি।
In the past, we used the infinitive to say that something is regular.
Exm: When my father was young, he used to play football.
When I was a child, I used to like chocolate.
